Usually, but only once you can fund the roll attempts. Early on, a full pier of mid-tier fishermen out-earns one expensive reroll into a rare.
How many fishermen should I keep in storage?
Keep one copy of every high-rarity fisherman you roll and sell nothing that is unique to an event. Duplicates of low tiers are safe to swap out.
Do fisherman tiers change after updates?
They can. Balance passes adjust catch speed and multipliers, so the tier list here is re-checked after every patch and re-dated when values move.
